Bookings, Confirmation, Payments and Your Responsibilities
Its our goal to make our guests relax. You're entitled
to relax now and again. Of course it's not very stress free if you can't
find a booking. With this in mind, we have some very simple and we're
sure you'll agree fair requirements from those who would like to stay
at Ceespray on Owen.
To ensure that you don't miss out because someone else has booked your
room and then didn't show up, we require a 50% deposit on the total booking,
or a valid credit card upon confirmation to guarantee your booking and
allocated dates. Such an arrangement will mean you'll be assured a suite
at Ceespray on Owen. If for some reason you need to change the dates of
your booking, we'd like to accommodate you. You will need to contact us
though no later than 15 days before your booked arrival, and providing
we have available suites for your proposed date, we'd be happy to make
the changes. Unfortunately if you leave it later than that to request
a change or cancellation, we will unable to refund your deposit. We hate
to make conditions, but on booking you signify your agreement to forfeit
your deposit if requesting changes or wishing to cancel within 14 days
of your booked date/s. Unfortunately Ceespray on Owen doesn't cater to
children under 15 yrs old.
We have some fabulous specials that may be available when
you book.
1. Our Radiate Escape mid week Special includes
the following for AUD$620. 3 nights luxury accommodation
in one of our deluxe suites, wine and chocolate on arrival. A body
massage in your room, your choice of either remedial, Swedish,
deep tissue or Shiatsu. A movie pass for 2 at
the local cinema and breakfast for 2 each day is included.
2. Ceespray Getaway is a 3
night package for two in one of our deluxe suites, the usual wine
and chocolates on arrival and a $50 gift voucher for
lunch redeemable at one of our fine restaurants. The Ceespray Getaway
package also includes a movie pass for 2 at
the local cinema and a dolphin cruise on the bay for
2. This package is also only AUD$620.
You can upgrade this package and stay in the
luxury Honeymoon
Bay suite, where you'll have your very own generous
sized spa and private courtyard for an
extra AUD$210
Specials don't include public holidays or long weekends and are subject
to availabity.
